Beer fermenter, also known as Beer fermenting vessels or Cylinder Conical Tank with various sizes and designs according to the real needs of the Beer production process.  

There is no standard requirements for fermenter structure, Here Shandong Tek Machinery provide you a general overview of beer fermenting vessel:

Tank Body: The main body of the fermenter is a cylinder conical tank be made of food grade stainless steel. 

It is designed to withstand the pressure and maintain a sterile environment during fermentation process.

Top: The top of the fermenter is usually with dome top head suitable for pressure resistance. 

Conical Bottom: Generaly with 60 -90 degree conical type. A 60 degree taper makes it easier for yeast to precipitate. 

CIP or Blow off Arm: For easy cleaing port and allow the release of carbon dioxide produced during fermentation while preventing oxygen entering the tank, 

fermenters are equipped with CIP pipe or Separate Blow Off Arm 

Temperature Control: Temperature is an important factor in the fermentation process. Some fermenters has been asked to built with cooling and heating jackets to cool or heat. 

Sampling Port: Sampling valve is a small valve used to obtain beer samples in pipelines or beer equipment, used in situations where frequent analysis of beer samples is required. 

Drainage Port: At the bottom of the fermenter, there is a outlet port designed for draining once the process is complete. It allows for easy discharge yeast, and fermenter tank cleaning.

Rotation Racking Arm: a stuiable racking arm will be installed on fermener tank. it can help circulating or transfer the beer without affect the sediment at the bottom. 

The fermenter tank can be customized depending on the beer type, fermentation process,room environment, and brewers' habits
